Q: What will you do when my orders are stuck at the customs and how do you deal with customs problem.

It depends on the delivery method you choose and the stuck reasons. When Shipping by express or CIF, Lifubide will be responsible for the whole transportation process. When shipping by FOB, CFR, or other shipping methods. Customers are responsible for the delivery process, but Lifubide will try our best to assist you by providing proofs of files and certificates which we can provide.
